Legal
Let me preface all this legal stuff by saying again I am NOT a personal trainer, physician, coach, teacher, or certified by any organization. So then who am I and why should you listen to me then? Well, quite frankly you shouldn’t. I am you, I am just an everyday guy in a quest for knowledge that will help me possibly become the best most powerful version of myself both mentally and physically. Everything I say on this site is just MY experience with various training programs and diets. Before attempting anything I outline you should research the theory and always consult your physician.

Disclosure
Beginning December 1, 2009, the FTC requires bloggers to provide disclosures whenever there could be hidden interests or unspoken biases related to recommendations.
First, let me say that my honest intent is to help enhance your health and well-being via the sharing of products, information, lectures I attend, or whatever else I can offer input on.
What this new FTC law means is if I interview someone and they grab the bill for lunch, I would need to specify this. The same would go if I use a link to a product or website that gets me 8 cents instead of a link that gets me zero cents. If someone gives me a t-shirt with their logo and I wear it in a photo or video, the same applies. he same goes if I receive a product to review and get to keep the product in exchange for me posting my thoughts on it. Okay now disclaimers are all over.
Now instead of me posting a disclosure over and over again anytime one of these situations occur I am just posting this here once Please assume that, for every recommendation, link, and product I use, the following all hold true: I may have received some kind of products or monetary contribution for what I write on this blog. Again my intent isn’t to make money here and most of the time these situations will never occur as I am truly a nobody but on the off-chance it may occur I like to cover my ass before I forget too.
